Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please allow extra time for your order to arrive (2-4 weeks).

Can I get free shipping if I'm international?

Yes! All deals apply for both domestic and international purchases.

Can you reimburse me if my order is lost or damaged?

If this happens, please notify me and I will ship a replacement of your order. If an item is listed as "limited stock" it cannot be replaced, and I cannot reimburse you for it. In the event of damage, please send me photos as proof of damage, and I will determine if a replacement is necessary. Do not consider an order as lost until January 15.
Character cards are included for free with certain purchases, each of the products that include a character card are notated in my shop.

What's on the character card?

A black and white face sketch of the character on the front, a short bio on the back, and a QR code to their Spotify playlist.

This drop features mortal Cecily, mortal Dilucos, and Simon. Simon will not get a card in any future drops. Mortal Cecily and Dilucos will only be in this drop.

Can I pick what card I get?

No. Certain items will have a specific character card attached (Cecily's card with Cecily's stickers), while others will have interchangeable cards.

The only way to ensure you get all 3 cards is to buy 3 character card items.

Simon's card is only available if you're already receiving Cecily and Dilucos' cards.

Can I see the card design?

I may share the sketches on my social media later, but you can only see the full card with purchase.
